A 3000 sqm complex comprising residential spaces, warehouses, and courtyards built over the course of the 20th century. The restoration of the area, which includes 1800 sqm of warehouses and 1200 sqm of courtyards, aims to revitalize activities between art and high-end craftsmanship, with dedicated co-working spaces as well as venues that, while preserving their original character, serve as catalysts for new initiatives. The event space consists of a central hall, “Le Capriate,” approximately 280 sqm, featuring wooden trusses, and adjacent to it is “La Serra,” a 40 sqm covered area, and a fully equipped kitchen with three-phase power outlets for catering, as well as a storage/service area also fitted with three-phase outlets. Connected to the “Le Capriate” space is another hall, called “L’Opificio,” approximately 180 sqm, ideal for screenings and conferences.
